InfoDomus

In the framework of an application to social innovating projects in the Social Network of Seixal, Rato - ADCC will develop the informatics workshops InfoDomus for people with reduced mobility.

InfoDomus aims to offer to people from more vulnerable backgrounds and reduced mobility the opportunity to know how to use a computer and Internet , increasing the access to different online information services that might help to overcome certain obstacles that are traditionally found by people with reduced mobility.

The workshop will be developed in the home of the participant that have to have a computer with Internet connection. The contents of the workshop will be the following:

• Basic concepts of Informatics;
• Keyboard;
• Text Processing and Formatting;
• WWW;
• E-mail;
• Instant Message Services and VoIP;
• Online Social Networks;
• Online public/private services with mobility difficulties.
